 Job Description 

The Director of Clinics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Neshoba Clinics related to the following:

• Coordinates the daily functions/activities of the Neshoba clinics with 15+ providers and 45 full-time equivalents.
• Assures patient satisfaction goals, clinical goals and quality standards are met.
• Manages appointment scheduling, patient flow, and reduces wait times.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff.
• Provides leadership and management for employees within scope of responsibility.
• Assures that all employees work within scope of responsibility and have adequate knowledge of the required policies & procedures.
• Responsible for efficient & effective communication between clinics and administration.
• Oversee P&L management, management of resources, and monitor revenue cycle performance.
• Ensuring effective utilization of electronic record and other technology systems for proficient documentation.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business/Healthcare Management or related field required; equitable experience considered
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinic or other ambulatory setting; preferred
• Ability to work well with a wide variety of people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer application skills
• Excellent organizational skills; (written and oral)
• Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations regarding clinic systems
