Requirements:
• Current unrestricted Mississippi RN/LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs, ensuring timely and appropriate care
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively relay patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical findings to the provider and care team
• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical software efficiently
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and timeliness in patient records
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to fill in at any Neshoba clinic as needed
• Dependable, self-motivated team player
• Able to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position
• Clinic experience preferred
