Employee will be responsible for billing and follow up on all types of insurance claims.
Minimum Requirements:
* High School diploma or higher education
* Flexibility to cross train in all areas of the Financial Services Department
* Good communication skills - written and oral
* Knowledge of remittance advice interpretation, CPT and ICD-10 coding, and medical insurance terminology preferred
* Professional phone skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Team Player and dependable
* Must project a professional image within the department and to the public
* Skills in typing and proficient computer skills
