Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with patients/family members of various ages, staff, and management
Motivated individual, efficient, and dependable
Able to multitask
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Flexibility to float to various areas of Patient Access as needed
Shift: Friday - Sunday Urgent Care business hours
