Requirements:
• High School Diploma Required
• Medical Assistant Certification
• Current BLS certification
• Effective communication skills (written and oral) to effectively relay patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical findings to the provider and care team
• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical software efficiently
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to float to any Neshoba clinic as needed
• Dependable, self-motivated team player
• Responsible for basic patient care needs including but not limited to recording vital signs, directing patient flow, lab specimen collection, clinical
documentation, basic wound care, assisting care team with procedures, preparing exam rooms, equipment, and instrumentation.
• Able to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position
