Position: Licensed Physical Therapist

Education: Successful completion of the State Certification Examination for Physical Therapy required. Employee assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development. Must maintain a valid state Physical Therapy license. Previous experience is preferred.

Performance Expectations: Evaluate, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The position may extend beyond patient care to include supervision, program development, special projects, operational functions, and other duties as requested by the department director.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
