QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or higher education

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum one year of experience as Patient Access Supervisor or three years' experience in Patient Access with good supervisory skills
Mature reasoning ability
Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
Ability to handle the tools and equipment of the position
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Able to work in a small area with stress factors
