Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with patients/family members of various ages, staff, and management
Motivated individual, efficient, and dependable with the ability to multi-task
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
Flexibility to work in different areas in the Patient Access department
Experience in medical setting is preferred
Knowledge of insurance is preferred
Shift: Full-time Neshoba Urgent Care Clinic business hours 3/2 split
