Minimum Requirements:
   *  High School diploma or GED preferred
   *  Professional phone skills
   *  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
   *  Previous experience working in collections or with patient accounts
   *  Knowledge of medical insurance co-pays and deductibles
   *  Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
   *  Familiar with debt collection laws
   *  Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
   *  Skilled in negotiation
   *  Ability to manage stressful situations professionally
   *  Mature reasoning skills
   *  Skills in typing, math, and proficient computer skills
