Minimum Requirements:
*  High School diploma or GED preferred
*  Demonstrated knowledge and proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils
*  Ability to use correct portion size for serving food, follow menus, and recipes
*  Ability to stand for extended periods of time, stretch, bend and lift greater than 20 pounds when required
*  Good communication skills (written and oral)
*  Work rotation of shifts as needed
*  Ability to read and write
*  Follow written and oral instructions
*  Excellent customer relation skills and dependable
