 Job Description 

Job Description Overview:
Leads, guides, and directs the quality assessment assurance program, and performance improvement (QAPI) activities of the healthcare facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other health-related fields

Experience:
2 years’ experience in health-related performance improvement

Certification/License:
CPHQ certification preferred.

Recommended Qualifications.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Able to demonstrate and provide leadership.
Computer proficient.
Self-directed.
Strong presentation skills.
Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.


Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday 8-430 (may vary based on needs of facility)
